If you're having trouble reading your WikiReader, it might be your contrast settings. Please try the following steps:
If you're considering purchasing a larger memory card for WikiReader, we recommend either Sandisk or Kingston class-2 (or better) microSD cards. We do our internal testing using these brands.
If your WikiReader cannot power-on, most likely your batteries are dead. If you have replaced your batteries and things still don't work, please email support@thewikireader.com.
WikiReader was designed for many months of usage without needing to change batteries. If you find WikiReader runs out of batteries in a few weeks, most like something is repeatedly pressing WikiReader's power-on button.
If you store WikiReader in your bag or purse, consider purchasing a pouch that protects the power button against accidental presses.
If you power-on your WikiReader and see only the splash logo with "Contrast" and "Set" options, WikiReader cannot read from its SD Card. This can be either a socket, or a filesystem issue.

If you are a retailer or are ordering for a business, educational, or other organization, please email sales@thewikireader.com.
